Where it all began...

Love at First Bite...
 
As a child, my mother would let me assist her in the kitchen when it came to baking. I remember wearing her ruffled aprons, much too large for me, and mimicking her every move. From sugar cookies to pies to cakes, desserts were always a necessity.
 
While attending college for business, baking was an outlet from all the chaos in the world. I would bake and test out new recipes, forcing my new creations upon friends and family. (they weren't opposed to me twisting their tastebuds!) Being self taught, I was constantly hungry for more baking knowledge and techniques.
 
I would find every excuse to bake and create delicious treats: holidays, birthdays, and just because! It wasn't until one day, I created my first wedding cake and cupcakes for 200 people for a friend's wedding (in the smallest of ovens), I realized 'I could do this the rest of my life.'  Seeing the satisfaction and appraisal while guests "oo'd" and "awed" over my treats, I knew this is why I did it.
 
My father's voice popped in my head saying, 'Find what you love to do and you will never work a day in your life."  And FROSTED was then born!
 
Frosted bakes everything from scratch with the use of fresh and quality ingredients. Fillings are also made with the freshest ingredients and quality extracts.
